ADAPTOは、

ADAPT＝適応する＋ O（Object）＝物体・もの

を組み合わせた造語。

年齢や性別、ファッションや環境など、

使う人を限定することなく、どんな人にも適応し、

経年変化をしながら生活に馴染んでいく様を表しています。

物に溢れたいまだからこそ、

消費されるものではなく、使うほどに愛着がわき

長く愛せるものをつくりたいと思いました。

だからこそ、できる限り無駄を削ぎ落とし、

ただ形状の美意識に基づいて。

すべて手作業でひとつひとつ丁寧につくりあげています。

つかい手にとっても、つくり手にとっても

心地良いことを大切にしたものづくりをしていきます。

“Adaptation” and “Object.”

It represents the way it ages over time while gradually blending into everyday life,

making it adaptable to anyone without limiting the user by age, gender, style, or environment.

In a time overflowing with objects, we wanted to create something that isn’t merely consumed,

but instead, something that grows in affection with use and can be loved for a long time.

That’s why, we strive to eliminate any unnecessary embellishments,

based solely on an aesthetic sense of form.

Each piece is carefully crafted by hand.

We prioritize creating products that are comfortable for both
